Our B&B is situated in a strategic area to comfortably reach Cinque Terre. We are within walking distance (300 meters) from the Railway Station connecting, with a 7 minutes' train ride, the Cinque Terre area (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso).
We are located in the centre of La Spezia, adjacent to the pedestrian area of the city centre, with its restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, museums, ect
Please, note:
e-mail us the approximate time of your arrival. At your arrival you have to call the owner (Paolo) in order to arrange check-in procedures (because we are not always in the building).
IMPORTANT:
Check-in starts from 10:00am - till 11:00pm
(With the exception of any special agreements, arranged with us by e-mail.)
We will make arrangements for late check-ins only on request.
